1. Work Model

Flying Himalayan Monal Studio operates on a project-based and location-driven work model. Our teams collaborate remotely during development, research, editing, and post-production phases, and work on-site during film shoots, workshops, and field projects across India, particularly in the Himalayan region.

2. Collaboration & Engagement

We work with filmmakers, technicians, artists, writers, editors, sound designers, researchers, and production professionals on a project or assignment basis, depending on the nature of the work. Engagement terms are defined per project.

3. Learning & Mentorship

FHM Studio actively supports learning through workshops, mentorship programs, academic collaborations, and community-based filmmaking initiatives. We encourage knowledge-sharing, ethical storytelling, and practical, hands-on experience.
